Access Parkour offers a range of bespoke private services for the varying needs of our clients, both adults and young people. All of our coaches can introduce you to parkour in an accessible, friendly manner, but each has an area in which they particularly excel.
Whether you want to work on getting stronger with Adam, or perfecting your backflips with Dylan, each of our instructors are happy to help you develop your skills and meet your goals.

Adam is a full-time coach and Personal Trainer with extensive experience helping clients who feel failed by regular fitness professionals.

Adam is a big advocate for the benefits of strength training and has a particular interest in making it accessible and fun, no matter your starting point.

Weakness: Thinks running marathons is ‘fun’.

Parkour completely changed Chris' life. After being warned off all sports as a child due to a little-understood health condition, he is now one of the most experienced kids coaches in the UK.

​Chris applies a playful and imaginative approach to movement, and always has a big smile on his face. He focuses on introductory sessions for children and teenagers.​

Strengths: Unstoppable mindset. Loves working with kids.

Weakness: Will talk your ear off.

Stefano (STEF-ano) lives and breathes parkour and travelled the world from Italy via Australia, the USA, Dubai and more, developing his training and approach. Now settled in Scotland, he brings his extensive qualifications in both Parkour and PT to Access.

Specialising in strength and mobility, Stefano has a no-nonsense approach to developing his, and perhaps even your skills and fitness - so that you can enjoy the freedom of movement.

Strengths: Dogged determination and straight talking.

Weakness: Will laugh at you if you don’t try.

Nina started parkour back in 2006 as an over enthusiastic teenager, making her one of the first women to start training in Scotland. More than a decade later, she still loves sharing her enthusiasm for parkour at every opportunity.

She has a special place in her heart for those who never quite thought parkour was for them and wants to make sure everyone gets to enjoy their bodies.

Strengths: Boundless Enthusiam for everyone and everything.

Weakness: Funky elbow

Dylan is our resident trickster. By which we mean he runs our legendary Flips and Tricks classes for kids and adults.

A big fan of creative movements, Dylan loves putting together routes with unusual angles and innovative combos. If you're looking for supportive but chill vibes and to finally land the backflip you've been dreaming of, Dylan's your guy.

Strengths: Acrobatic movements, keeping overexcited teens and adults safe when going upside down.

Weakness: Can't speak as much Welsh as you'd think.​

Matt discovered parkour as he was rushing headlong into his 40’s. With zero previous experience he learned the transformative power of a parkour mindset and found that “not being fit” was no barrier to undertaking parkour.

Especially suited to introducing newcomers of all ages to parkour - while he is still on his own development path, his understanding of fundemental movements is ideal for those who may be hesitant about moving for the first time, or after a long time.

Strengths: Childlike enthusiasm for the power of parkour to change bodies and minds.
