Kids U8
Indoor
Our U8 indoor classes are all about play and exploration. Using safe setups in a realistic, “hard” environment, we introduce young movers to the basics of parkour — climbing, balancing, rolling, and jumping — while building coordination and confidence. Every session is designed to feel like an adventure in movement, with a focus on fun and creativity.
Outdoor
U8 outdoor sessions bring parkour into the real world. Coaches guide children to explore their environment in a safe and imaginative way, helping them discover how to move with balance, agility, and creativity. These playful sessions foster confidence, resilience, and joy in being active outdoors.
Kids U12
Indoor
Our U12 indoor classes take movement skills a step further. With a mix of games, challenges, and structured progressions, children learn climbing, vaulting, jumping, and safe landings. These sessions help build strength, focus, and teamwork, all in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Outdoor
Outdoor U12 sessions give children the chance to put their skills into practice in a real-world setting. With guidance from our experienced coaches, kids explore obstacles and spaces creatively, developing adaptability, problem-solving, and confidence — all while staying active and having fun.
Teens
Indoor
Teen indoor sessions are designed to develop strength, technique, and independence. With access to equipment and safe environments, participants learn parkour skills progressively, while building resilience, discipline, and self-expression. Classes balance technical training with creativity, empowering young people to challenge themselves at their own pace.
Outdoor
Outdoor teen classes focus on adapting parkour skills to real spaces — walls, rails, and the urban environment. These sessions encourage confidence, problem-solving, and creativity, while building community and resilience. Teens learn to train safely and responsibly, developing both their movement and independence.
Access Parkour have a range of classes for children, indoors and outdoors, for all levels. We can introduce your children to parkour safely and help them learn everything they need to train parkour themselves.

Kids classes are for ages 5 to 18 years old, see our adult classes for over 16's.
Most classes are split into 5-8 years, 8-12 years and 12-18 years.
